We thank you for your continued patience and support, finally we have decided to reopen on May 25th, Monday!!!
Business hours will be 12 PM to 5 PM for now, so we will start taking appointments for all of our valued members.
When we reopen the office, our top priority will be everyone's safety - yours and ours.
We will operate under the WorkSafe BC regulations.
This means wearing protective equipment, sanitizing tables and chairs and maintaining the proper distance as much as possible.
Thank you for understanding our situation and cooperating with us.
We miss all of you and we are very excited to work with you from next week:)
Notice of Visiting
1: Please make an appointment before your visit.
Unfortunately, we cannot make appointments in person or by phone this week. Please send us either an email or a message by Line. Starting May 25th, we will take phone calls during business hours.

No walk-ins are permitted.
2: Limited number of people in our office
We have to keep the proper distance so we will have a limited number of people in our office.
Therefore, we will not have any waiting area for customers or their friends, family or partners.
Please arrive as close as possible to your appointment time.
You are able to enter our office 5 minutes before the appointment time.
3: Please leave our office after your lesson
We will have a limited number of people in our office, so when you finish your lesson, unfortunately, we must ask everyone to leave our office as soon as they can.
4: Temporary No Self-Study at Our Office
Unfortunately, students will not be able to self study at our open tables for the time being.
Once the restrictions are lifted, we will be happy to have you back and studying at the open tables.
5: Please wear a face mask (Must)
For your own safety, please bring own face mask.
If you don't have one, please bring a bandana or cloth to cover your nose and mouth.
If you forget to bring your mask, we are happy to provide you with one for a $2.00 fee. Please remember that all students must wear masks (temporarily) during lessons.
6: If you are not feeling well, please stay home
If you have any sickness symptoms, or have had high-risk contact with someone who was sick in the past 2 weeks, please wait a couple weeks before making an appointment with us.
We are looking forward to seeing you when you are fully recovered.
7: Please bring your own stationary
Unfortunately, we do not want students to share pens and pencils, but we will provide only paper.
Please bring your own pens and pencils.
8: No food allowed in the office
You are able to bring drinks and coffee. However, please do not bring food.
